TA International produces a very wide range of products for all sectors of industry and in all commercially available rubber materials. Including rubber to metal bonded parts, rubber molded parts, and sheet metal parts.
TA International work with all commercially available rubber polymers, from 1mm to 750mm in size (occasionally bigger). From 1 off prototypes, 100’s for capital goods or 1,000’s for industrial goods to millions for consumer and automotive goods and we export to over 30 countries worldwide.
We have a specialist rubber bonding facility and can bond rubber to metals, plastics, ceramics or other rubber materials. In fact we can bond to almost any material that can withstand the 180°C molding process. We can also mold two different rubbers together where different properties, hardness or colors are required. We can over mold to other parts such as wire assemblies. Our innovative approach even allows us to over mold special elastomers with inserts that have low melt temperatures.
We are able to offer an assembly service where it is appropriate to do so.
All our products are custom molded to designs provided by, or developed with, our customers. We have extensive skills both in design and in manufacture and have our own in house rubber chemists, rubber engineers and development laboratory.
Materials we work with are wide ranging and include Natural Rubber, SBR, Neoprene (Polychloroprene), EPDM, Nitrile, Chlorosulphonated polyethylene (Hypalon®), Acrylic, Ethylene Acrylic (Vamac®), Epichlorohydrin, Butyl, Silicone, Hydrogenated Nitrile (Therban®), Flourocarbon (Viton®) and Fluorosilicone rubber. There are alternative names for many polymers.
Our experience is extensive both in design and development but also in manufacture and quality. We work towards achieving the best possible package price while meeting all of the functional and quality requirements. This comes from careful design and selection of tooling, manufacturing processes and quality monitoring and control. We even have partners on the Far East when this will provide a lower cost option either through tooling or for less technical parts where cost is the predominant factor.
Our service in competitively priced moldings is second to none.
